When is my order shipped?

Orders are typically shipped the same day if placed on a week day before 3pm Pacific Standard Time (PST).  If your order is placed after that time or on a non-business day your order will ship the next regular business day. Sorry but there is no weekend or holiday shipping/delivery.  All orders are shipped from the main facility located in Temecula, California.Your shipment should arrive within 2-7 business days from your order placement, based on your selected shipping method.  

We use USPS services for domestic shipping.  Certain addresses, such as P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses, may require Priority Mail shipping.  No C.O.D. will be accepted. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us for questions regarding international orders.

You will receive an email confirming your order, and then another email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please call customer service if you wish to request tracking information for your order.

How do I make a return?

 For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Please Note: Shipping costs will not be refunded - unless we have shipped you the wrong product. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless we have shipped you the wrong product. All returns must be authorized in order to qualify for a refund. All product must be returned and clearly marked with the Return Authorization Number. The RA number must be visibility written on the outside of the return box so the return can be processed by our returns department. Any return without the RA number on the outside of the box will not be processed for refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four to five weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time to receive your return from the shipper (typically 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once we receive it (typically 3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the bank and/or payment processor to process the refund request (typically 5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Any refund permitted will be in same form as original payment within 90 days of receipt of return date.
